Tom’s photographic work has appeared in numerous sporting journals, among them Fly Fisherman, Fly Rod and Reel, the Atlantic Salmon Journal and Gray’s Sporting Journal. His frequent editorial assignments for Men’s Journal, Esquire Sportsman, Outside’s Go, Forbes and Forbes Life have taken him to distant corners of the globe. Regular commercial clients include Orvis, Sage, Winston, Patagonia, Simms, Trout Unlimited, the Atlantic Salmon Federation and the Reserve on the East River.

In addition to his work as a photographer, for more than three decades Tom has guided anglers on the rivers of Idaho, Montana, Alaska and Wyoming–and in the early-1980s he established and ran a saltwater fly fishing program in the British West Indies.

In the late summer Tom continues to guide longstanding clients on the Snake River near his Jackson Hole, Wyoming home. He also organizes and hosts customized fly fishing expeditions to Argentina, England and New Zealand, as well as various saltwater destinations around the globe.
